INSPIRATION
We were inspired by the synergy of eclectic materials and the energy of how they all emanate together. Recycled elements help the environment of the planet. Its stately rectangular lines of hand-poured recycle concrete give stability to your space. The clean simplicity of their shapes gives support to the inset piece of your choice. When we started working on the project we discovered it led to further depths of imagination.
The main challenge was in creating a unique product whist combining recycled materials with the antique or art elements, thus making it almost 100% environmentally friendly. Oftentimes, in achieving EF impact we are giving up on the uniqueness of the product and personal taste. We are trying to satisfy those angles with this project.
During the process of creation we discovered that the project has many different angles and almost endless opportunities. The insets could be created in collaboration with an artists from all over the World. It could be also adaptable with the usage of different recycled materials. The project has two main directions - one is to become part of collectable art and another one is to evolve into sustainable and affordable production.
This project has a multifaceted impact including social, commercial and environmental. Socially it could promote young artists who would create the insets. The tables could be sold at the art actions and charity events. Commercially the tables could appeal to the high end clients as well as the low end clients depending on the materials used in the production.
